Summer 2008- No school for the summer! It was such a nice break to not have to worry about homework for a couple months. We both enjoyed exploring a bit more of Minnesota, as well as taking a few trips. It was both a very relaxing and busy summer this year.
In June, my parents celebrated their 25th anniversary, and to do it correctly, we met them in California and took a trip to Disneyland. It was an excellent trip!
In July, a trip was taken up to Naknek, Alaska! The Cessna 175, which had been in WA getting repairs, was ready to be brought back up to Alaska. Jeremy and Lavon Bohling (who he works for at FLAPS), flew the airplane up to Naknek and Fern Bohling and I flew up to meet them a week later. It was a worthwhile trip, as we may end up there in the near future. It was nice to be able to get a taste of what work we would possibly be doing.
Now a year has passed since we “tied the knot.” It’s surprising once again how the time has just flown by. God has definitely blessed us, and we are thankful for the days He has given us. We look forward to this upcoming school year and how he will lead us for our internship year which will start this coming June. Lord willing, we will have another newsletter out much sooner! Until then…..

1. That God would continue to be with Jeremy in his studies and busy schedule.
2. For Lacey and her work with Daakon; that she would be a godly example to the little guy.
3. That God would provide health, finances and energy for this coming school year.
4. For the work that is going on up in Naknek, AK and the doors that are being opened.
And that we would know God’s will for our possible ministry up there in the future.
