The “Crowell Happenings” started August 18th, 2007, when we were married a few weeks before returning to Minnesota. It was an amazing time, and a privilege to see so many family and friends before leaving the wonderful state of Washington to go back to the AFLC campus in Plymouth, MN. Then started the journey….
---------------------------------------------------------

September 2007- We moved into our new home, which happens to be seminary housing right on campus of the school. How convenient! Jeremy started his second year of seminary, now happily married to a “Seminette.” (meaning he does all the school work, and I (Lacey) just have the label “Seminette” and get together with the seminary wives) :)
Jeremy enjoyed his second year of seminary, working alongside about twenty or so other students. They kept him quite busy, especially with all the Greek homework. It was somewhat of a challenge balancing his full schedule of classes, homework, working on planes and having a new wife on top of that! (He did a good job)
In the middle of September, after the house was “put together”, I started a full- time job as a nanny for a wonderful, Christian family of a little boy named Daakon. (pronounced like you are dockin’ a boat. :)

December 2007- Finals, Christmas, a wedding and Washington about sums up the events of December. First semester ended with a week of finals before taking off for home. It was a blessing to be able to make it home for two weeks. The Christmas season was a busy time for us. We celebrated Christmas twice as much this year! It was fun to be able to share it with both sides of the family; and having everyone so close for the time being. A few days after Christmas, a beautiful wedding took place. Jeremy’s mom was married to Cal Willard, and they now live up in Roseau, MN. We are able to see them fairly often which is a blessing.
